1. Double check that you have included capital letters and there are no spaces at the start or end
2. Check that the version number you have entered is valid.
Go to Services > System Setup > System Details to find your box's version number.
3. Is your version number valid but no output is showing? This means the version number is not
in this website's database.Contact us
here with the version number
and we'll add it to the database as soon as we can.
